The SSJS process is thorough and disciplined. Our process breaks into specific phases:

Discovery.

Ask lots of questions — of everyone involved with your project. We talk to your customers, former customers, prospects, your sales people, industry experts and your own staff.

Strategy.

Before we start anything, we make sure we know exactly why we’re going to do it. Every marketing, media, interactive and creative strategy is tied back to our clients’ business objectives. Ideas that don’t meet those objectives are refined until they do.

Design.

Creative applies to everything we design — from plans, to Web architecture, and the actual creative work itself. The guiding principle behind everything we design is your brand. We believe each brand has its own integrity and our responsibility is to make sure that your brand’s unique characteristics are represented in all our work.

Deployment.

“Flawless execution” is an overriding goal at SSJS. Talk to our clients and they’ll tell you that this is something we do incredibly well. Our ability to execute is one reason we are often assigned a client’s most complex and time-sensitive projects.

Analysis.

In-depth metrics and analytics are built in to everything we do. We then pore over this data and make adjustments, creating a constant cycle for improvement.
